What's the lead time ?

2. Most parts leadtime is 3-7days.
3. Big orders and short parts require longer time for booking. 1-5 weeks.

How about shipment ?
We ship by DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT, ARAMEX Express or by buyer's China forwarder.

How about customs declaration ?
Customs Declaration based on Buyer's request.
Most clients request to declare less value in shipping Invoice to avoid heavy imprt tax .
But some clients require real value Customs Declaration.
We can follow real value for Official Customs Declaration with 50usd Extra Customs fee.
What about the warranty ?
All the goods need to be tested according to Datasheet when buyer receive parts before installing on Machines.
IF any quality problem for parts itself within 30 days without installing on machines, Wecomeon can accept return parts or change parts.
If parts destroyed after installing on Machines, will be out of warranty.
Because parts can be burned or destroyed on Machines by Overload or bad drive board or mistake operation.
